About Project

The application Fishka allows participants of the loyalty program to manage their own accounts, set desired goals, receive up-to-date information, personal promotions and discounts from partner companies, as well as pay for fuel in the chain of petrol filling stations OKKO.

Problem analysis and solution search

  1. The main business tasks that the product is facing are identified
  2. A series of in-depth interviews with the users were conducted
  3. Design Sprint was performed, a solution prototype was created, and a number of features were generated
  4. Prototypes and hypotheses were tested on the users of the service, after which necessary adjustments were made.

DESIGN SPRINT

Since the team had tasks to improve the application and simplify management processes, it held a number of design thinking sessions, which take place in several stages. This enabled the team to generate the most creative ideas and create a common vision for the future version of the application.

RESULTS OF DESIGN SPRINT:

  1. analyzed customer's business issues in detail and conducted user survey
  2. designed Customer Journey Map
  3. generated various ideas that, if implemented, can increase the value of the application and increase people's interest in it.

Work result

  1. A new version of the application has become a better tool for communication with the customers, which allows the latter to be informed about all the promotions in time.
  2. The possibility to set goals and achieve them has led to an increase in the number of users, increased their loyalty and time spent in the application. This, in turn, has a positive effect on the number of internal purchases and the sum of average sales check.
  3. The modification of the administration center and the introduction of the common backend have positively affected the optimization of the workflow, as well as the flexibility of the loyalty program ecosystem. In addition, this made it possible to collect detailed user data, which will make it easier to personalize and update the application in the future.
