Skills required

  • The level of competence in project management is not lower than Middle
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Practical skills of work by methods of Scrum, Kanban
  • Basic technical knowledge in the areas of Mobile, BackEnd, Web development
  • Well-developed communication skills and experience in negotiation
  • Successful experience working with Mobile (native) projects
  • Successful experience in managing project teams of more than 7 people
  • Successful experience managing remote teams

It will be a plus

  • High level of English language proficiency (B2 +)
  • Experience in the position of Software Engineer / BA / PdM / QA
  • Experience in managing the PMO department
  • Experience in building and improving department processes

Duties

  • Project management with the aim of its implementation in the agreed time, within the allocated budget and with the required level of quality
  • Maintenance of project documentation
  • Drawing up a project plan
  • Analysis of possible risks
  • Participation in the selection and approval of the project team
  • Organization of project implementation in accordance with the work plan
  • Determining the necessary resources and working environment, their distribution within the team
  • Staging the workflow in a team (development, testing, work with requirements)
  • Tracking the status of the project, the progress of tasks, the proper priority of tasks
  • Tracking workload and progress according to the tasks of each developer
  • Tracking deadlines
  • Motivation of team members
  • Creating a transparent environment for communication between all participants in the process
  • Managing stakeholder expectations
  • Tracking project satisfaction with the team
  • Tracking project satisfaction with the client
  • Resolving possible conflict situations that arise with the customer, as well as directly in the team
  • Initiation of rallies with the client and their planning during the project. Communication with the customer, management of his expectations
  • Formation and coordination of interim and final project reports with the immediate supervisor
  • Providing the customer with reports on the implementation of tasks and the project as a whole
  • Presentation of ready-made solutions, demo versions, prototypes to the customer
  • Motivation of the team based on the results of work and its disbandment
  • Final design of all documentation and its archiving
